The project has been initiated in the framework of the Russian President V.V. Putin’s directive on improving the stock exchange mechanisms for crude oil and petroleum products trade, and the need of establishing independent national price indicators for the main types of the fuel and energy products.

TATNEFT plans holding the first export trades in a new segment of the "Torg-i” - TATNEFT electronic platform before the end of 2019 in accordance with the agreement signed.

The SPIMEX’s "Torg-i" electronic trading platform is intended for the sales/ procurement procedures of goods, works and services in the electronic form. The platform allows for a full range of legally significant, competitive trade and procurement procedures in the online mode.

The use of new high-tech services offered by electronic trading platforms of SPIMEX during the tender process enables companies to optimize labor costs ensuring maximum transparency and objectivity in the pricing of crude oil and petroleum products for export.
