A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC TATNEFT was held in Kazan on July 26, 2022. The meeting participants elected Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, as the Company’s Management Board Chairman, and approved the membership of the committees under the Board of Directors: Audit; HR and Remuneration; Sustainable Development and Corporate Management. Yury Levin was elected Chairman of the Audit Committee; Laszlo Gerech was elected Chairman of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee; Nail Maganov - Chairman of the Committee for Sustainable Development and Corporate Management Committee.

Interim results of forming the Company’s personnel reserve were also presented to the Board of Directors for familiarization. The personnel reservists who had passed a comprehensive assessment in the categories of top and middle management positions TOP-100, TOP-300 and TOP-1000, depending on the level of the position, had been enrolled in corporate training programs that allow improving corporate-wide, managerial, professional and digital competencies.

The Company has developed and is implementing a set of programs and projects aimed at identifying and developing the potential of young professionals and managers from the very beginning of their careers. Inter alia, they include the annual open case championship "TatneftTechCupChallenge", the International Oil and Gas Youth Forum, a competition of professional skills, and many other events.

As part of the meeting’s agenda the Board of Directors considered the issue of the KPI system of implementation in the Compan. The corporate incentive program based on the assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of key performance indicators has been developing since 2017. Today, new service assets are connected to it. Metrics of sustainable development goals have been introduced into the KPI system, they have been set for all goal leaders and heads of business areas. The process of forming a consolidated ESG Goal Map is underway. The indicators of this Map are planned to be integrated into the tools for monitoring and controlling the implementation of strategies, business planning, process and project management, etc.

The information about the budget execution for the first half of 2022 results was also presented to the participants of the meeting and the budget for August of the current year was approved. In addition the Board d considered a number of other issues related to the current activities of TATNEFT.
